Where is my refund?
Please note that your eligibility for a refund is defined in Section 7 (Refund Policy) of our Terms & Conditions which you agreed to when creating your account.
According to Section 7.4, once a refund is approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Some banks may display a pending transaction within 1–2 business days, but in other cases it may take up to 15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
Currency conversion cases (Section 7.5.2)
- Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer
- Any currency markup fees from your bank are non-refundable
- You may see additional currency conversion entries on your bank statement
Once the refund is issued on our end, we cannot track its progress through your bank’s systems. If you do not see the refunded amount after 10 business days from the issuing date, we recommend contacting your bank with the transaction details.
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card or payment method.
If your card has expired or been blocked, don't worry — in most cases, your financial institution will still receive the refund and credit it to your account balance.
